TrulyWild Services No refund policy for the services. Based on unfortunate circumstances or any impacts due to external factors, TrulyWild may consider partial refund in terms of Voucher / credit.
TrulyWild Tours Refund policy for tours is as per the individual tours. Refer the tour page for refund and reschedule policy.
TrulyWild Merchandise All merchandise is documented, tracked and shared with customer; in case of any issues, there will be a free replacement if reported

Report an issue- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product for a replacement.

Free replacement - If the issue has been reported within 24 hours of receiving the product and once the issue is verified and approved.
